I Got The Best Gun In Call of Duty Advanced Warfare!!!

What's going on guys, Jbeast here and I have some awesome news for you- I just picked up the (drumroll please)... Hbra3 Insanity! I got this bad boy from an advanced supply drop, and I literally couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it pop up on the screen. I had been waiting so long for this gun that I went totally crazy! I was screaming and jumping around and throwing things, it was so friggin epic!

Best gun in AW, by far.
This is what the Cod Gods do: they wait until you've basically lost all faith and interest in the game, and then they give you an out-of-this-world weapon like the Insanity or the RIP (which I currently don't have yet). Before I got it last night, I was like "I have to prestige today, I have to prestige today," and that turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life, because the advanced supply drop that I got from prestiging had an Insanity in it!

Alright, enough of story time, I know you guys want to hear about the gun! The Hbra3 Insanity has a massive +2 to fire rate and +1 to damage, which translates into one less shot to kill at long range, although since the Insanity has more recoil than the stock weapon you won't be noticing that very much. Also, because the weapon fires the first three bullets faster, it already had a good chance of winning a CQC battle if you hit all three shots, but now because of the ROF buff on the Insanity it has an even better chance of beating an SMG at their own game, especially if you invest in a quickdraw grip. The only minor issue with the weapon is that you can't put optics on it, but since I like the iron sights and view optics as unnecessary attachments that just take up space, this isn't a problem for me in the long run. It gets -1 handling, but who cares?

I think that the Hbra3 Insanity basically annihilates every other popular elite gun. The speakeasy, obsidian steed, RIP, and Steel Bite all fall quickly to this beast, and it does it in style with an awesome engraved-gold pattern that looks pretty sick too!

Well, that's it for this post guys! I hope you enjoyed, and if you did please leave a like, it really helps my blog grow and I would really appreciate it, it only takes one click!

By the way, thanks so much for 20 +1's on my previous post, and my goal here is 10 +1's. I might also do another "best weapons in my armory" blog, because you guys seemed to enjoy my previous one and I got the Asm1 Strider, MP11 Goliath and (of course) the Hbra3 Insanity.

And with that, I'll see you guys later!

Top 5 Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Elite Weapons In My Armory

What's going on guys, I'm back with another blog post! Today I will be putting a list together of my best elite weapons that I have collected over the course of eight and a half prestiges, I hope you enjoy and don't forget to smash that like button, 20 +1's would make my day!

(These are also in order, unlike my other top 5's and top 10's)

#5- Ameli Whale Horn

Now, I know you guys will think this is totally hilarious, but I actually think that the Whale Horn is really, really good. The clip size increases from the Ameli's already gargantuan 100 rounds to a monstrous 150. This basically means that you will hardly find yourself reloading at all, and I often found myself dying before I used all of it up! It basically comes with a free extended mag that doesn't even take up an attachment slot, which is really impressive. The gun also has -2 damage and -1 accuracy, which you're probably grimacing at right now, but it really won't be all that noticeable in actual combat. The Whale Horn receives +2 handling, which is quite useful in CQC when you need to hipfire. For Drift0r's full review of the Ameli LMG (it also has a section for the Whale Horn), click here.

#4- AK12 Finger Trap

While the lowly Finger Trap is often in the shadow of it's big brother, the AK12 RIP, it is actually a pretty decent weapon overall. The weapon's stats are simple: it gets +3 handling, and in exchange you can't put any attachments on it. I know what you guys are going to say, "Josh, how is this weapon even good?" I'll tell you why. First of all, I often find myself putting a ton of attachments on my AK that I don't need and end up using up a lot of picks that could have been put towards perks or exo abilities, and those would have had a more substantial effect on my overall performance IMO. With the Finger Trap however, you don't have to worry about that and you can use those 1-4 picks for something else (primary gunfighter takes up a pick). A greatly underappreciated weapon in Advanced Warfare multiplayer. To watch Drift0r's report on the gun, click here.

#3- SN6 Money

Alright, I really love my SN6 money, or both of them for that matter because I got two for some reason. This gun gets +1 accuracy and +1 range and +1 of some stat that I don't recognize, in exchange for -1 handling (hipfire) and -2 mobility (movement speed). The SN6 Money can be thought of as the "marksman" version of this SMG, being more capable of downing targets at range than any other variant of the SN6. Another reason I love this gun is because of it's awesome purple and gold camo with money symbols all over it. The Money probably holds the title for best-looking weapon right out of the box with one of the most unique and dope camos I have ever seen!

#2- RW1 Rail Driver

Pic Credits: PrestigeIsKey
The RW1 Rail Driver is arguably one of the best and most sought-after variants in Advanced Warfare. With the +3 damage and awesome purple-gold camo, this is not a weapon you will want to miss if you get as lucky as me to pull it out of a supply drop. The +3 damage and therefore reduced hitmarkers come at a cost, however. The Rail Driver also gets -3 accuracy, which means that the increased damage of the bullet will frequently be offset by the fact that the shot can veer off to the side and hit the arm or the shoulder, and sometimes missing completely. That doesn't mean I love the gun any less though, it is still amazing at close range as a fast backup weapon. Even though it's really good, I'm sure my bro +Ryan Goheen can use it better than me!

#1- ASM1 Speakeasy

This is it, the one elite weapon that every Advanced Player in the world dreams about, and I have it (how did I get this AND the Money in one supply drop?). This is without a doubt the most popular elite weapon in the game and one of the better ones in practice. It gets +2 fire rate and a built-in extended mag at the cost of -1 damage and -1 range. I admit that I had my doubts about the Speakeasy when I first saw those negatives, but when I started using it that was pretty much all wiped away by the greatly increased fire rate. At first I also thought that extended mag would be useless on the ASM1, but I quickly realized how much it really helps you. I feel really sorry for the people who got a Strider instead of this beast, because you're freaking missing out big-time! With the increased fire rate that melts people at close range and an extended mag to boot, you will fall in love with this gun the second you use it!

Well, that's it for this blog post, and remember, 20 likes would be epic. See you guys later, JB3ASt out!

Diablo 3 Reaper Of Souls Ultimate Evil Edition: What I Think

What's going on guys, it's Jbeast and I'm back with another game review! This time, I'll be discussing Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls on consoles and also whether it's better than the PC version. So without further ado, let's get to the review!

Reviewed On Xbox 360

What I think...

Of The Campaign

To be honest, Diablo 3's campaign is not exactly what I would call "good". I found it really tedious to play and totally rushed through it to get to the end, because I just didn't enjoy it all that much.

Blizzard did attempt to put a rich and detailed story into Diablo 3, but it just falls really flat in pretty much every single way I can imagine. There is some effort put in to help you "bond" with the characters, but I just didn't find myself caring all that much overall. The game also includes books that you can pick up off the ground and read in the character menu or listen to in audio form, and background lore is provided whenever you encounter a new enemy or boss, so you always know a little bit about what you're slaughtering in the game. This is greatly appreciated, but I found myself skipping over the lore surrounding the enemies and characters because I didn't feel like reading all of them (I'm lazy, I know).

The story basically boils down to "hell bad, heaven good" as Smosh Games put it in their honest trailer. In case you haven't seen it before, go check it out! There were also hardly any twists or turns in the plot, and the premise is basically the same for all five acts- someone tells you about some demon or whatever that's killing people and causing lots of destruction, and then you cut through thousands of their minions until you reach them, at which point you just kill them and then you win! Bottom line, the story is pretty lackluster and uninteresting and you most likely won't give a crap what happens.

As for the actual gameplay, if I don't even know very well what the purpose of what I'm doing is, I'm not gonna want to do it very much. The missions feel boring and repetitive, and it doesn't help that I don't know the significance of the task I've undertaken. By the end of Act 4 and 5, I was just rushing through the game to be done and get on to Adventure Mode, the real meat and potatoes of Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls. By the way, Act 5 that comes with the expansion and is marketed as the main reason to buy it is still really boring and unfortunately more of the same.

What I think...

Of The Gameplay

When you start your D3 adventure, it prompts you to create a character. There are six classes to choose from in RoS: Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Wizard, Witch Doctor and Monk. Each has different abilities that will change how you will play the game.

Diablo 3's gameplay is super simple. You just mash the buttons on your controller until all the enemies are dead. It probably sounds totally stupid, but you won't be saying that when you pick up the game and play. If you want an even greater challenge in the game, then when you're building your character you can enable hardcore mode, where when you die you are gone permanently and lose all current progress. Character development was already quite good in Diablo 3, but RoS adds a whole new level of customization through passive skills that provide a unique benefit such as increasing the number of sentry guns you can deploy or your maximum resources. A new class has also been added in RoS called the Crusader, which is a holy warrior that uses their shield and magical weapons to slay the minions of hell. I personally have got a Demon Hunter class to around level 50, but I prefer the Crusader for it's extreme damage at close range and toughness because of it's shield blocking. On the PC, a system called Paragon Leveling was added in patch 1.0.4, but on consoles it was first seen in RoS Ultimate Evil Edition. Basically, once you reach level 70 (the level cap has been raised in RoS from 60 to 70), you then gain paragon levels. For every paragon level that you gain, you can put a point into any attribute, such as increasing your intelligence or attack speed. In fact, the #1 diablo 3 player in the world, Nokieka, has reached paragon level 1002 in Hardcore mode! Yes, you heard that right. IN HARDCORE.

There are also other items that enemies drop like gems, which can be inserted into a weapon or piece of armor that has open slots if you have unlocked the appraiser in the campaign. There are five different types of gems: diamonds, rubies, emeralds, amethysts, and topazes. Each gives you a different bonus that are varied and useful in different items depending on what you need. The appraiser can also combine weaker gems into stronger gems which have a much more substantial effect.

The enemies that you'll fight in the campaign are quite varied, from classic demons to massive bulls to even evil trees! Sometimes there will also be enemies with a blue or yellow hue around them, which signifies that they are special enemies. These enemies are not only more powerful, but they also have a random assortment of abilities, such as teleporting, deploying poison traps, or forming stone walls around you to inhibit movement.

Of course, there's also the loot. The stuff that makes the game worth playing. When you kill enemies or open chests, pieces of loot will come out, like armor, weapons, or sometimes gems. They can also be built and repaired by the artisan in town.

What I think...

Of Adventure Mode

In my opinion, Adventure Mode is where Diablo 3 RoS really shines. You go back to any of the five acts and play certain bounties there for XP and loot rewards. All bounties will award a certain number of blood shards after completion that are used to buy mystery items from merchants, and some will give you nephalem keystone fragments, which can be combined into a nephalem keystone when you have five and will open a nephalem rift. Nephalem rifts are areas that can have up to ten levels and random combinations of monsters that wouldn't normally be found anywhere else in the campaign, and they also contain more loot than normal.

This mode adds replayability to the game that wouldn't normally be there, although it can get a bit repetitive at times. I just play battlefield until I'm ready to go back. I still haven't opened a nephalem rift yet, but I'm getting there!

Final Score

Diablo 3 is a relatively good-looking game graphically that is fun for a while after you start playing, especially with friends. Because of the local co-op, offline mode and better controls, the console version is far superior to the PC version, while also being $10 cheaper. The game has a fair bit of replayability with the six different classes, and Adventure Mode definitely reinforces that.

Pros: Same Screen Co-Op, Lots of Replay Value, Loot, Loot, and more Loot

Cons: Sometimes feels repetitive, Boring Story

Thanks for reading, and I'll see you guys later!
