Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Class Setup: The Assassin

Hey guys, I have another custom class for you! This time, the class is oriented towards stealth. Here it is-

Primary: HBRa3 with Suppressor, Fore Grip, and Parabolic Microphone, Fast Mags, or Quickdraw
Secondary: None

Perk 1: Low Profile
Perk 2: Cold Blooded and Fast Hands
Perk 3: Blast Suppressor

Exo Ability: Mute Device
Exo Launcher: Variable Grenade (x1)
Pic Creds: MrCraftyFTW

Scorestreak: UAV with Support Mod

I chose the HBRa3 because it is a very strong fully automatic assault rifle with a long effective range. Firing the first 3 rounds of a mag faster is a huge perk for CQC battles as well. With a Suppressor, you will be undetectable to the entire enemy team, except players that have a Parabolic Microphone on their weapons. The Fore Grip helps to slightly increase the effective range of the weapon by increasing its accuracy. Finally, for the third attachment, I chose the Parabolic Microphone because it helps you be more aware of your surroundings, which is always helpful, as lots of people these days are using suppressed guns. You could interchange this attachment if you wanted to with Fast Mags or Quickdraw, to make it more effective in shorter range engagements.

The secondary isn't really important in any way to this class, so I cut it out to free up space for the other stuff.

For Perk 1, I chose Low Profile. This perk just makes you immune to the effects of the Exo Ping ability and UAV. It is a really obvious choice if you're serious about being stealthy!

LOL
In the Perk 2 slot, I put down Cold Blooded and Fast Hands. Cold Blooded is incredibly useful for people who want to conceal themselves from all the new targeting toys in the game. These include the Sensor Grenade, Thermal Scope, and Target Enhancer, which all make targeting much easier for the user. With Cold Blooded, you are much harder to spot and kill for players who rely heavily on target enhancement equipment. Fast Hands is useful because it lets you reload while sprinting and swap weapons faster. This is a perk that isn't totally necessary, and could be removed to free up a slot for something else.

Blast Suppressor is my pick for Perk 3. When a player without this perk performs a boost move, such as boost jump, slam, or slide, it will show a ripple on the mini-map that lets enemies pinpoint their location. The perk just removes the ripple from the map when you use your exo boost abilities, which is another simple but necessary bonus for a stealth player.

Exo Mute is an often overlooked, but fantastic Exo Ability for silently stalking an enemy from behind and killing them quickly. It just mutes your footstep sound, but I have noticed a very significant difference in the outcome when I try to sneak up behind someone without it and with it. Another vital addition to an assassin setup.

The Variable Grenade is really useful because it can cycle between the functions of Stun, EMP, Threat, and Smoke grenades on the fly. It basically combines the functionality of these four launchers into one great package.

Finally, the UAV is the one scorestreak I incorporate in all of my classes, because it's just so dang useful! I put the Support Mod on mine, because it makes the points you earn towards it persist through death, at an extra cost of 300 points. Although the UAV now costs 700, it is much easier to get because you don't lose all the points you have earned towards it when you die. Note that this mod was chosen relative to my skill level, because I die a lot in the game. If you are really good at getting on killstreaks, then you shouldn't take this mod.

Well guys, I hope you enjoyed my second Advanced Warfare custom class, and hope to see you next time!
